Most agencies and folks today dress up creative work with jargon and call it a process. But it's essentially the same playbook, different costume. We skip the theatrics. We bet on experience. We seek those with raw talent. The oddballs that see different from the rest and give them a playground to thrive, in turn churning out the best possible work. Basically, process keeps us on track, but culture makes the work.
